Friday Funday

Hola!

Sorry for falling off, I've been busy with moving and living and family. I made it to Oklahoma, safely after a 20 hr. drive. My cat, one of my biggest concerns was fine. She just slept on my lap the whole time.

I hope everyone had a good holiday with their families. I know I enjoyed the time I spent with mine. I just wish drama didn't seem to follow. Like hella drama.

It feels weird knowing that I'm in between worlds. Not living in Florida, and not living in Texas. I really hope that Texas works out for me, because theres no going back to Florida.

2012 is right around the corner. Ya'll better party hard. And I wish every fucking single one of you, a happy new year.

Enjoy the hot people.

Hot Sunday

Hola

This last Thanksgiving, my mother was telling me how much she liked one of my tattoos and then she followed it, but telling me how much she disliked my elephant tattoos.  I said, "Mom, you know the thing, about tattoos, they're permanent " She said, " I know, I know...." But I don't think she does. Tattoos and kids are for the most extremely permanent. I try not to say anything like, "Oh, that's a shitty tattoo" (If it is then I might nicely suggest something) or "Oh, that's a shitty kid" (Kinda same thing for the tat's applies here as well) So, think before you critique. We can't take it back. I for one, regret nothing.

Enjoy the hot people.

Making Plans

In about a week, I change my life all over again.
I have yet to live in one location for longer than a year. I live there for about a year and                                                                then my heart starts to wonder and my mind starts making plans.
I am the queen of plans. I make to-do lists and do #4 without looking at the rest of the stuff for days.
But somehow, moving and  driving across the country is ice-cream and pie.

When I moved down to Jacksonville back in the summer of 10, I thought I knew what I wanted. I thought things would be simple and was excited to make my life work here. But such a huge piece was missing: My family
They are one of the main reasons for moving back to central U.S.
And the idea of starting a family (even if it's years down the road), without my family semi-close by seems ridiculous. I don't need to live in the same town, or even the same state, but it's 3 hr. drive vs. a 20 hr. drive.

I'm driving straight to Tulsa, staying through Xmas (maybe new years) and then my final destination will be Ft. Worth. I'll have my cat with me. So, just my cat and I.  I plan to give her this Calming Travel Crap. Otherwise I'll have to hear her complain the whole time.

I really don't know what life will bring next. But I refuse to let my life become stagnant.

Hump Day Wednesday

Gorgeous!

Hola!!

I feel like I'm finally chilling out for a couple days. The wedding in South Beach last weekend was interesting. There was open bar from 5 p.m. till 11 p.m. Needless to say, I was trashed. Drinking is a requirement at weddings when your single though. The entire wedding is spent planning your own wedding or cursing love and the institution of marriage. I did both.

Now, I'm trying to find the energy required to pack and get shit together for the move. My dad canceled internet though, so that will improve production like 200% It's so easy to get stuck some where and not move. I'm also a little afraid of starting all over again.

"For what it’s worth: it’s never too late to be whoever you want to be. I hope you live a life you’re proud of, and if you find that you’re not, I hope you have the strength to start all over again." F. Scott Fitzgerald

My Jam

Posted The Weeknd before, but I recently read the book and watched the Film Perfume, only  because of this scene with the music played over it.
